Cancellations & Refund Policy

Booktraining.com has a simple cancellation policy in place to protect both the trainers and clients.
  • All cancellations should be in writing and emailed to admin@booktraining.com.
  • Verbal cancellations will not be entertained
  • Kindly note that that rescheduling of a program date is deemed as cancellation.
  • Registrant substitutions may be made at any time.
  • Full fees will remain, if cancellation is made after the commencement of the training date or if the participant(s) did not show up for the training.
  • Bookings that are not confirmed may be cancelled at no cost
  • Charges or fee only apply when bookings are confirmed.
  • Booktraining.com will mediate when necessary and all decisions made by Booktraining.com SHALL BE FINAL.
  • In any case, you must clearly state your intention to cancel the respective training and all cancellation request is subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

14 business days and more

You will be entitled to a full refund after administrative charges are deducted.

7 – 14 business days

You will be entitled for a 50% refund of the total fee after administrative charges are deducted. As a courtesy, we will allow you to apply this 50% towards payment of a future training course under booktraining.com within one year of the cancellation date.

3 – 6 business days

You will be entitled for a 50% refund of the total fee after administrative charges are deducted. Future training credit does not apply.

Less than 3 days

No refund with no future training credit.
