Engaging trainers has always been a challenge as our choice are only limited to recommendations or those we have acquaintance with, sometimes resulting in us having to pay too much for a course.’s system is designed to give you peace of mind. Paying and communicating only through the platform is key to making your experience as positive and secure as possible.

When you book through, payments go through our secure structure and are not released to the other party until after the training is completed. also provides private messaging for users, verifications such as email, Facebook and mobile numbers, so you can be sure of who you’re transacting with. 

By conducting your transactions on this site, you also have access to:
  • Our customer service team
  • The opportunity to review the trainers prior to the bookings
  • An in depth knowledge of various trainers, training providers or training courses.

On the other hand, trainers can enjoy:
  • A cancellation policy for your bookings, enabling you to receive a partial or full payout in the event of a cancellation
  • Help give you the publicity to extend your services and build your mileage in training and development.

Paying outside the system is not secure, and we cannot provide access to these benefits when reservations aren’t booked directly through our website. If you do encounter any occurrences that does not comply with the regulations, kindly report it to immediately.

What if the trainer cancels on me?

Though rare, in some cases trainers have to cancel bookings because they’re sick, or unexpectedly traveling. In that case, you will be entitled to a full refund. We’ll do everything we can to help you book another trainer for the date and time you want.

Can the trainer change their price?

Sometimes, to cover additional costs, the trainer may request to change the price for a particular session. However, a trainer cannot change the price once the booking is confirmed. Any price change, before the booking is confirmed, will have to be approved by both parties.

What’s included in the trainer’s price that I see on the website?

The price you see next to a course outline on our website is the minimum the trainer will charge per day as the fees, not including If you require the trainer to extend his/her training services or bring additional materials, the trainer will likely change the price to cover those additional costs.

How do I book a trainer?

To book a trainer, navigate thru the course outlines. You may proceed to message the Trainer on further details such as training schedule, venue or further customization of the course and click “Book now” once you have agreed with the trainers on necessary details. Once the booking is done, either parties cannot make changes to the cost.

Can the trainer change the price once I’ve sent a booking request?

Depending on your requirements, the trainer may increase their price to cover additional costs, such as additional materials or travel time but must be agreed by both parties prior to confirmed booking.

How do I create a trainer profile?

To create a trainer page, go to and click “Create Trainer Profile”. If you have already created a user account, you’ll need to use a different email address when you create a trainer profile.

How do I unpublish my trainer profile?

To unpublish your trainer page, go to your Profile > View Trainer Page and then click Unpublish.

How do I delete my account?
